Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site followup survey completed 11/15/2022, Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G, Chapter 601, Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed 9/12/2022.
